Allplex™ Panel الجهاز التنفسي 1 هو اختبار PCR في وقت واحد من RT في الوقت الحقيقي لفحص PCR للكشف الضروري عن Flu A / B & RSV A / B مع Flu A الفرعي في وقت واحد في أنبوب واحد. يفحص هذا الاختبار قيم Ct الفردية لكل وحدة تحليل في قناة واحدة على جهاز PCR في الوقت الفعلي خلال 2.5 ساعة بعد الاستخراج ويوفر إجابات أكثر لكل عينة عن أي طريقة أخرى

نتيجة

قيمه Ct متعددة في قناة واحدة

تمثل النتيجة الإصابة المشتركة بين RSV A و Flu A في قناة FAM مع قيم Ct بقيمة 26.04 (الرسم البياني 1) و 29.46 (الرسم البياني 2) ، على التوالي. كما تُظهر في الوقت نفسه إصابة Flu A-H1 في نفس الوقت نتيجة نموذج فرعي بقيمة Ct تبلغ 30.61 (الرسم البياني 2) في قناة Cal Red 610._x000D_ فحص Allplexà ¢ لوحة الجهاز التنفسي 1 قادر على توفير المعلومات الكمية لمسببات الأمراض المتعددة من خلال تحليل قيمة Ct الفردية في الرسم البياني 1 و Graph 2.
